Your Impact
As a Project Manager, you will guide and lead clients through complex, full-cycle projects that significantly impact our clients’ operations and strategic direction. You will transform challenges into streamlined, actionable strategies that ensure client success and advance our leadership in venture client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis and Leadership: Lead your team in conducting thorough analyses, translating complex information into executable strategies for various client engagements. Oversee the strategic planning and execution phases, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Project and Team Management: Direct complete lifecycle management of client projects, from initiation through to delivery, including scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Develop and nurture the consulting team, fostering leadership and aligning professional growth with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Innovation and Initiative: Spearhead entrepreneurial projects within the firm, driving initiatives from conception to realization. Manage risks effectively and instill an innovative mindset among team members to encourage creative solutions and approaches.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of communication, setting expectations, and building robust relationships that facilitate ongoing engagements and new opportunities.
- Ecosystem Integration: Apply a comprehensive understanding of the tech and venture ecosystem to client projects, devising solutions that are insightful and forward-thinking, ensuring they are tailored to leverage emerging technologies and market opportunities.
Your Skillset
- Proven experience in project management within a consulting environment, and/or a Venture Client Unit, leading complex projects and teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of leadership and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of handling complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to execution, managing all aspects of project delivery with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and adept at managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and engagement.
- Fluent in German and English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
